Company Spotlight: Propy

Propy has secured $100 million to execute an AI-led roll-up of title and escrow companies, aiming to modernize one of real estate’s most fragmented segments: the $25B U.S. title industry.

The Miami-based proptech company operates a vertically integrated, AI-powered closing platform that automates the entire real estate transaction workflow. At the core of the system is Agent Avery, the world’s first AI escrow officer, which enables 24/7 closings, automates payments and communications, and reduces manual work by up to 70%, while maintaining regulatory compliance and transparency.

Propy plans to use the capital to acquire profitable title and escrow firms generating $5M–$20M in annual revenue across key U.S. markets, transforming low-margin operations traditionally into scalable, software-enabled businesses. The company has already completed acquisitions and is building a sizable active pipeline.

Since 2021, Propy has processed $5B+ in transaction volume, with growth accelerating year over year. Backed by Tim Draper and advised by former senior leaders from the U.S. Treasury, SEC, and Fortune 500 boardrooms, Propy is positioning itself as the infrastructure layer for fully digital, AI-enabled real estate transactions.
