🌳 Series B+ & Growth

  • xAI, a Palo Alto, US-based AI lab, raised $20 billion in late-stage funding. Valor Equity Partners led the round and were joined by Qatar Investment Authority, Fidelity, and other strategic investors.

  • Photonic, a Vancouver, Canada-based quantum computing company, raised $130 million in growth funding. Planet First Partners led the round and were joined by RBC and TELUS.

  • LMArena, a San Francisco, US-based AI benchmarking platform, raised $150 million in Series A funding. Felicis and UC Investments led the round and were joined by Andreessen Horowitz, Kleiner Perkins, and Lightspeed.

  • GS Microelectronics U.S., a San Jose, US-based semiconductor company, raised $35 million in Series B funding. The round was led by Maverick Silicon.

🚀 Series A

  • Array Labs, a Palo Alto, US-based space radar company, raised $20 million in Series A funding. Catapult Ventures led the round and was joined by Washington Harbour Partners and Kompas VC.

  • Linker Vision, a Taipei, Taiwan-based AI software company, raised $35 million in Series A funding. Round was led by Abico Group, and joined by NVIDIA and other investors.

🌱 Seed & Early Rounds

  • Tesoro XP, an Austin, US-based gaming rewards platform, raised $5.4 million in Seed funding. Treasury and TK MediaTech Ventures led the round.

  • Sigrid, a Stockholm, Sweden-based metabolic health company, raised $5 million in early-stage funding. Investors were not disclosed.

  • Qualinx, a Delft, Netherlands-based semiconductor company, raised €20 million in venture funding. Round led by Invest-NL, with participation of existing investors FORWARD.one, InnovationQuarter Capital and Waterman Ventures.

🤝 Strategic, M&A & Undisclosed

  • Mobileye agreed to acquire Mentee, a Tel Aviv-based humanoid robotics startup, for ~$900 million, expanding its robotics footprint beyond autonomous vehicles.

  • Enable Injections received a $30 million strategic investment from Sanofi.

  • Axiom GRC acquired AssurancePoint, expanding its compliance and audit services portfolio.

💸 VC Funds Raised & Raising

  • Lux Capital, a Menlo Park, US-based VC firm, closed a $1.5 billion fund focused on frontier technologies.

  • Antler, a Singapore-based early-stage venture firm, raised $160 million for a U.S.-focused fund.

  • Hetz Ventures, a Tel Aviv-based VC firm, raised $140 million for its fourth fund.
